Pricing, Payment and Tax
All Kim Fletcher Millinery Art prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We accept all methods of payment including Credit Card, Eftpos and PayPal.

Handling and Care
Kim Fletcher Millinery Art hats should be carefully stored in tissue within a hat box in a cool and dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Unless stated hats should not be worn in the rain. Hats should be handled gently and with care.

Shipping
Kim Fletcher Millinery Art orders are shipped using Australia Post. Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order at check out (unless a specified FREE SHIPPING sale is on). A tracking number will be provided upon orders being sent.

Return Policy
Kim Fletcher Millinery Art hats are individually made by hand, with love and care and as such there will be slight differences to the sample due to their unique and individual nature. These variations are not faults and will therefore will not entitle the client to an exchange or refund other than where these variations significantly affect the quality or style of the hat from the sample.
Refunds and/or exchanges will only be offered for goods that are faulty or not as described in the order. Please note that we will not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, or if your order displays slight variations due to being handmade.
All return items must be returned within fourteen days of receipt, unworn and in the same condition and original box with tags attached.
